I have received the book 'Unsticker' by Peter Freeth Expert in High Performers, Author, Coach. It's amazing book. It has tons of questions to make me powerful problem solver. The questions are easy to understand and very helpful to be more creative. A question on each page make this book unique. One of the coolest thing about this book is that you don't need to read from the begining to end. You can pick up any 2-5 pages (2-5 questions) and they are good enough to solve your problems. Almost everyone should have this book with them all the time. Much recommended.

It has been a steep learning curve for me. The input from CGW made me revisit the style and format of the book which, now published, is very different from the original look that it had before working with them.
Roger Payne, author of The Business Cohesion Model
Genius At Work ... will fill your toolbox with valuable insights on how you and your team process information. Highly Recommended!
Business cohesion, competitiveness and the value of the ‘Brand Offering’ are very applicable in the public and charity sectors and Roger Payne spells it out in his succinct and readable book. Readership should spread far beyond the commercial world.

Genius at Work takes a fresh look at how to build an effective and committed workforce. Through relevant case studies Peter Freeth illustrates a sensible and engaging way to maximise the existing talent within an organisation rather than relying on the constantly changing trends of business and talent management theories. The theories and case studies Peter uses in his book demonstrate to be highly practical with a very positive impact and outcome. I would recommend any HR professional who is looking for insight into building a talent management strategy to read Genius at Work.
Andrew Howatson, Head of Talent Acquisition, AOL Europe

It is rumoured that Captain John Sparrow’s wise observation… “It’s not the problem that’s the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. Do you understand?”… was inspired by this book. It would not surprise me.
David Hogan, former World Wide Account Director Carlsberg, Saatchi & Saatchi
This thought provoking book challenges leaders to think and take action if they are to improve the offering and performance of their organisation: their brand. The Business Cohesion Model should be read and acted on by every Chief Executive and their senior leadership teams.
