We mainly work with expert business authors who want to use their intellectual property to build a service business.

We work with authors to create book outlines and cover designs that clearly convey the right message, and provide valuable direction on writing and business strategy.

Most importantly, we don't just take your manuscript and produce the book that we want, we work in close collaboration with our authors to ensure their books embody everything that the author imagined, creating a relationship between an author and their readers which is vital to building a strong service brand.

We ran a successful management consultancy for 10 years before moving to publishing after writing and publishing 5 books which were central to our business success, so we understand the needs of expert and professional authors and how to capture intellectual property in order to add value to a service business.

Must have books this month: Get your pitch down with The Pocket Pitching Bible. Irish Tatler

A wealth of new insights and ideas, Change Magic represents a different approach so that you can take away your own unique interpretations and apply them into the real world of organisational change.

Peter Harty, MD, Innervision Performance Coaching

I thoroughly enjoyed the ups and downs of Trudie and Lloyd's heartwarming battle to become parents. I would recommend reading this book.

There are few books that help you maximize your company's resources to the fullest. Genius At Work tells you, step by step, what it takes to harness the intelligence of individuals, and disperse and install that intelligence throughout an entire organization. The chapter on modelling gives you specific techniques for replicating high performance, while learning about "metaprograms" will fill your toolbox with valuable insights on how you and your team process information. Highly Recommended!

Paul Colaianni

Paul Boross' Pitching Bible is a must for entrepreneurs. Crammed full of useful tactics to maximise communication and the psychology involved in the successful pitch, it's a confidence booster and an entertaining read too.

Trish Gant

Genius at Work takes a fresh look at how to build an effective and committed workforce. Through relevant case studies Peter Freeth illustrates a sensible and engaging way to maximise the existing talent within an organisation rather than relying on the constantly changing trends of business and talent management theories. The theories and case studies Peter uses in his book demonstrate to be highly practical with a very positive impact and outcome. I would recommend any HR professional who is looking for insight into building a talent management strategy to read Genius at Work.

A skillful mix of psychology, art, method and sheer experience to help win any pitch.

As a ghostwriter focusing on writing books that my clients use to promote their service businesses, I highly recommend working with Christopher Greenaway at CGW Publishing, who understands how to effectively promote business books better than most; for example, a recent client, published by CGW, found his book at the top of Amazon.com UK's most recommended list.

Martin Smith, Professional Writer

CGW Publishing have been professional and thorough, delivering a quality product quickly and efficiently. They saved us months of work in understanding the many mysteries around getting a book ready for print, going above and beyond in the graphics work, proofing editing and both text and eBook formatting. We remain very grateful to them for all their hard work.
